ExxTend Learning™ Version 4.0 for Trainers and Supervisors
Overview
This course is intended for customers who create, manage, and deliver web-based training using the ExxTend Learning™ internal authoring tools. This course covers all aspects of creating and managing courses, tests, and internal training content. The course will also cover all course options to deliver courses and tests as pre-test, study quiz, final exam, and adaptive training. You will arrange courses into tracks and jobs, learn how to manage curricula, the basics of launching external training content, and run all training history reports. While the focus of this course is the creation and deployment of training content and tests, all other system functions will be covered at least briefly. New features of Version 4.0, such as the New Streamlined User Interface, Favorites, Assign Curriculum, "Simple Search" and the Action Menu will be covered. The FCK Editor feature, which allows for you to create customized text without having to know HTML, will also be covered.
Target Audience
This course is intended for persons responsible for creating training, tests, and managing the day-to-day use of the ExxTend Learning™ system. This course is recommended for Trainers, Unit Supervisors, Human Resources Training Managers, and EH&S Trainers.

You will also receive a printed ExxTend Learning™ Administrator Guide that covers the topics presented in this course. You may take the optional online test at the completion of the course. Lunch is provided for courses taught at the Angleton Training Center.
